Estimates and Pricing

- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.
- We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms

Scheduling and Cancellations

- We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hidden objects.
Satisfaction and Warranty

- If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
- Plant and sod installations carry a 30-day warranty, provided proper watering and care instructions are followed.
- Warranty does not cover damage from weather, pests, neglect, or third parties.
